Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@byrowan.com Items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
Customers are welcome to inspect and try on products as they would in a physical retail store. Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed after approval.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@byrowan.com with your order details and the item you wish to receive. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
Return Process
- Contact us first: Email info@byrowan.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- Follow provided instructions: Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Returns must be sent to our warehouse address.
- Package the item securely: Ensure the item is properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@byrowan.com as soon as possible. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided processing has not yet begun.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please email clear photos of the issue to info@byrowan.com so we can review the case.
If the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no additional cost.
